Trip Refund Policy

1. So what happens if you decide not to go? If you cancel after the club has committed to a fixed number of participants, then you are obligated to pay the entire price of the trip or find someone to take your place

The commitment date will vary by trip so check with the trip leader for specifics. Trip leaders will help you find a replacement-the operative word is “help.” Sometimes it will be easy because there is a waiting list. Often times, it will take some phone work on your part to find a substitute. 

2. Roommates - There is no guarantee of room price or bed preference unless you find your own roommates. As always, the trip leaders will do their best to accommodate your preferences. If you are new to the club, the trip leaders will make a special effort to put you in the most compatible setting. It may, however, cost a bit more. Requested roommates guarantee price!

3. Conflict Resolution - If either trip planners or attendees run into insurmountable problems, contact a club officer. The purposes of the above guidelines are to ensure that the trips are financially viable, and to ensure you have the best possible ski experience!
