Registering for Trips Online

The Club has installed an online system for trip registration. Based on a shopping cart model, the registration systems is available in the Member Resources area of the website. This program allows the Club to maintain better registration and trip payment records. In addition, the system permits secure payments by credit card via PayPal. The following is an overview of the process:

1) Go to the trip description and:

a) Select the appropriate option (deposit only, 2 to a room, 4 to a room pricing, etc.)
b) Specify the number of spaces you wish to reserve.
c) If lift tickets are available, specify the number of lift tickets desired.

2) Click the "Add to Cart" button.  Next, click on "VIEW CART." 
   The system will display the current contents of the cart.

3)  Review your selections then proceed to the checkout process. 

4) Log into your club account or take a few seconds to create a new account

The account allows you to login at a later time to review your purchase and payment details. Confirm your account information and proceed.

5) Confirm the details of your order. If you are placing an order for more than one person, please list the additional trip members in the space provided. This will permit us to maintain an accurate roster of participants. Continue to the payment screen.

6)  Pay online via PayPal

Please note: If you choose to pay via PayPal this is a secure payment processor outside of the Slalom Gates web site. You do not need a PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, PayPal will require you to enter you personal information one more time. 

7) The trip leader will be notified of your registration.
